The SILC Business School of Shanghai University recently welcomed 27 foreign exchange students.
Gu Haodong, SILC's international department director, introduced the school's integrated educational approach, comprehensive English-taught curriculum, and extracurricular activities during a welcoming ceremony for the international students.
He encouraged the students to make the most of their exchange experience by gaining insights on China from various perspectives, including business, culture, and economy.
At the orientation of the 2024 SILC Exchange Program, student mentors engaged the newcomers in ice-breaking activities and guided them on a campus tour.
Additionally, the exchange students were treated to a tour of Shanghai, where they got to experience the city's international allure. They also tried their hands at making intangible cultural heritage handicrafts, and visited several historical and cultural landmarks.
