The Suzhou Creek Industrial Civilization Museum was opened to the public on International Museum Day on May 18, 2014.

The venue is divided into indoor and outdoor exhibition areas. The indoor exhibition is centered on the history of industrial development, while the outdoor exhibition showcases large machines and sculpture works.

The exhibition features nearly 200 items and a large number of visual materials to depict the achievements of industrial civilization along the Suzhou Creek since the opening of the Shanghai Port.
