2023年8月4日，为期8周的上海外国语大学——美国卡耐基梅隆大学暑期班顺利结业，国际文化交流学院副院长鹿钦佞、美国卡耐基梅隆大学带队老师于月明、以及学生班主任、留学生办公室项目负责人出席了结业仪式。

鹿钦佞副院长给学生颁发了结业证书和成绩单，肯定了同学们的学习成果，对同学们表达了结业的祝贺。

章秀文、乔祎两位班主任老师回顾了这8周的学习，对同学们中文水平的飞速进步十分赞叹。同学们积极认真、勤恳好学的态度让老师们留下了深刻的印象，也对同学们即将离开非常不舍。

卡耐基梅隆大学领队于月明老师向学生和学院的老师们表达了感谢。于月明老师已负责此暑期项目多年，对学生和学院的教学悉心指导，推动中美学生的交流，助力项目的不断完善发展。

留学生办公室为同学们准备了小小的结业礼物：上外小夜灯。希望同学们回国之后，在上外的经历会像这个灯光一样，陪伴你左右，带给你温暖的回忆。祝愿同学们万事如意，前途似锦！

学生感想

这次在SISU 的八个星期是一次令人难忘的经历。我不仅学到了很多新的生词，也对中文的语法有了更深的认知，更重要的是我也得到了很多意想不到的收获。

在SISU的八个星期里,我见证了中国人的热情和智慧，体验到了很多很有意思的经历，见到了中国的大好河山，也认识到了一群很独特的同学和语伴们。

我对这次的求学经历非常满意，因为它不仅让我加深了我对中国的认知，也同时加深了我对自己的了解。因此，我感谢我们这个项目的老师们,感谢学院的领导和SISU的每一位曾帮助过我们安排了这两个月行程和教学的老师们。特别感谢乔老师，章老师和马老师为我们提供了风趣的课堂。感谢周老师和杨老师带领我们走遍了许多上海周围的景点。我还要特别感谢我们的于老师，能够作为我们的负责老师在各方面关心指导我们。

我这个夏天最高兴的就是能够认识各位老师和同学们。这些经历和收获将成为我今后生活和学习中最愉快的回忆。

我去过22个国家了，但是来中国之前，我还没去过中国和日本。我总是想象亚洲最大国家是什么样的。我经常从西方的角度看待这个国家，可是来到中国的以后，我知道了一些中国的观点，历史，文化，困难，和自豪感。我们都以这样那样的方式体验了有意义的经历。有人获得了经验，有人获得了语言，有人获得了朋友。我对这儿依依不舍，还会再来。

Throughout this summer experiential learning program in China, I had the pleasure of meeting incredible individuals from diverse countries and backgrounds, immersing myself in the beauty of Chinese culture and tradition.

Although I had no direct connection to Chinese culture before, the country's enchanting allure captivated me. During this two-month-long program, I fell in love with its vibrant cuisine, captivating attire, and the genuine kindness of its people. This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity allowed me to not only learn the Chinese language but also gain profound insights into the rich history and traditions through different cultural activities and mesmerizing school trips to various cities and historical sites.

I wholeheartedly encourage all my fellow students to embrace this exceptional opportunity, irrespective of their level of experience or any direct ties to Chinese culture. Participating in this program will unlock doors to an extraordinary journey of knowledge, personal development, and forming bonds with incredible individuals from diverse corners of the world. Seizing this opportunity opens the door to expanding horizons and immersing oneself in the enchanting wonders of China's cultural richness.
