"Kanjian," or "Insight," signifies an elevated perspective and a deeper understanding — a journey from the classroom to the corporate world, from theory to practice, from observation to participation. The International Student Office of Fudan University has launched the "Kanjian" corporate visit series to lead international students directly to the forefront of Chinese enterprises. Through these visits, students gain a feel for the pulse of the economy, engage with the waves of innovation, and glimpse the future through dialogue and firsthand experience.

This time: a look at Huawei's commitment to technological innovation and its global vision.

On May 14, 2026, the International Student Office of Fudan University took nearly thirty international students from multiple countries to Huawei's Qingpu campus for an in-depth company visit. The visit followed a recruitment talk held on May 12, where Huawei's Asia-Pacific Region presented job opportunities to Fudan's international students. During the campus visit, students toured Huawei's facilities, explored its exhibition halls, and experienced the company's work environment and corporate culture up close. They learned about Huawei's development journey, corporate philosophy, and future vision. By combining a recruitment session with an on-site visit, the event gave students a comprehensive understanding of Huawei's strengths as an employer and its talent development platforms, while also helping them gain clarity on their own career paths.

"Participating in this Huawei visit was a truly rewarding experience that deepened my understanding of the tech industry. During the visit, we learned about many of Huawei's innovative technologies in smart living, health and fitness, and intelligent office solutions. I could really feel how technology has become deeply integrated into daily life and the workplace.

What impressed me most was the demonstration of the HarmonyOS ecosystem. By connecting smartphones, earphones, cars, and home devices through HarmonyOS, Huawei showed me that the era of a fully connected, intelligent world is already accelerating. The staff also explained practical applications of NearLink technology. Its fast, seamless device connectivity made me excited about the future of smart industries.

"I had been looking forward to a corporate visit like this for a long time. I had heard that Huawei's Qingpu campus was beautiful, so I was especially excited to see it in person.
