Singapore’s Dunman High School Delegation Visits Shanghai Jiao Tong University

A delegation from Dunman High School in Singapore visited Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) on the afternoon of May 12, 2026.
The delegation, led by Vice Principal Wang Qiujie, toured the Minhang Campus and held talks with SJTU officials on international education collaboration and student development.
Ma Wei, Deputy Director of SJTU's International Cooperation and Exchange Office and Director of the International Student Development Center, welcomed the delegation. He introduced the university's key facts, academic features, and its work in recruiting and supporting international students. Vice Principal Wang Qiujie shared Dunman High School's educational philosophy and student development model, and praised SJTU's academic strength and achievements. She also expressed hope that more Dunman students would join SJTU in the future. The two sides exchanged views on expanding cooperation channels and promoting youth exchanges between China and Singapore. Faculty members from SJTU's School of Naval Architecture, Ocean and Civil Engineering, along with admissions officials from the International Student Development Center and Pujiang International College, also attended the meeting.

During their visit, the delegation toured the School of Naval Architecture, Ocean and Civil Engineering and took a closer look at SJTU's campus facilities. The visit laid a solid foundation for future collaboration in areas such as student and faculty exchanges and international education programs.
