On April 10, 2026, the 4th East China Normal University International Student Job Fair, hosted by the International Student Union (ISU) under the guidance of the Office of International Education (OIE), came to a successful conclusion.

 

01 Enterprise Exhibition Area

HR professionals from various industries communicated face-to-face with students, offering a wealth of full-time and internship job opportunities. Students actively submitted carefully prepared Chinese and English resumes and strove for on-site interview opportunities, demonstrating thorough job-hunting preparation and confident demeanor.

Tencent AI-Powered Job Search Zone

To comprehensively enhance students' job-seeking competitiveness, three dedicated service zones have been specially set up on site. The “Resume Consultation Zone” is led by Ms. Xia Wen, a faculty member at the Asia-Europe Business School and former senior executive at a leading multinational corporation, and Mr. William Yao, an HR expert and HR Business Partner at Intel. They provide students with one-on-one resume-writing guidance and personalized feedback, offering precise assessments of resume issues from an HR perspective. The "Tencent AI-empowered Job Hunting Zone" introduces intelligent tools to assist with job hunting, allowing students to experience innovative applications such as AI resume optimization and mock interviews on site, and feel the efficiency and convenience that technology brings to job searching. Meanwhile, the "Legal Consultation Zone" established by the Putuo District Bureau of Justice remains highly popular. Professional staff answer questions and solve doubts for graduates on hot topics including the signing of labor contracts, terms of employment agreements, and the protection of internship rights and interests, helping international students secure employment and develop in compliance with regulations in China with peace of mind.

In addition to resume submissions and interview exchanges, the on-site lottery area also brings students moments of relaxation and surprises.
