On December 2, 2025, the "Experience China · Brilliant Chapters—2025 Special Event" was held in Beijing, hosted by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) of the Ministry of Education and organized by the Central Conservatory of Music. Ren Youqun, Vice Minister of Education, attended the event and delivered a speech, while Sheng Jianxue, Secretary-General of the CSC, presided over the opening ceremony. International student representatives from more than ten universities, including Peking University, Fudan University, and East China Normal University, gathered to share their experiences and reflections from participating in the "Experience China" initiative and studying in China.

Filip Filipović, a doctoral candidate from Serbia at the School of International Relations and Public Affairs of Fudan University, participated in the “International Youth Voice” segment of the event. Speaking under the theme “Youth as a Bridge Connecting the World: The New Mission of International Students,” he shared his personal journey of growth into a cross-cultural practitioner.After completing his master’s degree in 2023, Filip became actively involved in frontline international conferences and bilateral dialogues, facilitating academic exchanges and contributing to policy discussions. In 2025, he attended several key forums, including one where he engaged in conversation with both the Chinese and Serbian ambassadors during the same session—a tangible experience that reinforced his belief in the role of youth as bridges of communication.Through his own story, Filip hopes to inspire more international young people to deepen mutual understanding between China and the world, working together toward a future bright with civilizational exchange.

This year also marks the third consecutive year that Fudan University has participated in the "Experience China" annual event organized by the China Scholarship Council. From 2023 to 2025, Fudan students from around the world have taken the stage in diverse and vibrant performances, vividly showcasing the multifaceted development and positive spirit of today's international youth.
