How Much Do You Know About Vietnamese Culture
The fourth cultural salon jointly organized by the Office of International Student Affairs of Shanghai International Studies University and Quyang Community, titled "How Much Do You Know About Vietnamese Culture," was successfully held in Shuxiang Quyang. The event attracted enthusiastic participation from over 30 international students from SISU and community residents.
The event was shared by Vietnamese students PHAN THI PHUONG and VO THI AI KHANH who are currently studying at SISU. Through engaging and entertaining presentations, they guided the audience into the rich tapestry of Vietnamese culture. From the Vietnamese language and traditional attire to vibrant festivals and delectable cuisine, PHAN THI PHUONG and VO THI AI KHANH shared personal experiences and captivating stories that brought the audience to the bustling streets of Vietnam.
In addition, the presenters kindly recommended several travel routes and must-visit spots in Vietnam, sparking great interest among the audience. The event was filled with laughter and lively interactions, as participants actively asked questions and engaged with the speakers.
This cultural salon not only promoted mutual learning and appreciation between Chinese and Vietnamese cultures but also provided a platform for international students to showcase their heritage and foster deeper friendships between people from different backgrounds.
