Shanghai University of Sport (SUS) has about 600 full-time teachers, and its faculty members include world champions, elite athletes, and internationally renowned sports referees.

The SUS boasts an exceptional team of highly accomplished professionals, each of whom has earned international recognition and accolades for their outstanding contributions to the field of Kinesiology.

Amongst its esteemed ranks, the SUS proudly counts several distinguished International Fellows of the esteemed US National Academy of Kinesiology (NAK), an Independent Board Member of the highly acclaimed International Testing Agency (ITA), and several senior scientists hailing from such illustrious institutions as the Oregon Research Institute, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Additionally, the SUS is proud to have amongst its ranks a former president of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as well as a number of esteemed Shanghai Oriental Scholars who have each made significant contributions to the field of Kinesiology and beyond.
